Create your account & connect your socials.
A one-time, annual setup: sign up and connect to your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook accounts.

See your fee, transparently.
Your annual license fee is calculated using your reach, content creation revenue, and the catalog DekaSync represents. One fee covers synchronization rights for the composition and sound recordings in the DekaSync catalog. You'll see it before you commit.

Sign & pay.
E-sign your one-year sync license and pay in a lump sum or over 12 monthly payments.

Confirm the music in your posts.
We flag your content each time you post and prompt you to confirm whether you used music, whether the content is commercial, and whether the music is from our licensed catalog. A few taps from a secure link in your email or the Reportable Posts list in your dashboard is all it takes.

Stay covered — we handle the rest.
DekaSync distributes royalties to the rightsholders based on what you confirm. Each covered video stays licensed for 12 months from the date you post it.
Your fee doesn't change based on which songs you use — confirming is simply how we pay the right people. We verify against the recording where we can.

Deliver your works and recordings metadata. Use the Rights Holder Portal to access and manage your catalog. Publishers and labels are both supported.

Flag any songs, recordings, songwriters, artists, catalogs, industries, or brands you want excluded. These feed coverage eligibility and are displayed in the public catalog.

Get matched to actual use.
When creators confirm songs from your catalog, we match those uses to your works and ownership shares.

Get paid quarterly.
Publishers and labels are paid from separate pools for their respective rights. Royalties are distributed pro-rata to covered shares based on confirmed, actual uses of your music on each platform. Access downloadable usage and royalty statements 24/7.
